to continue the tradiiton that started at the beginning of her school life at 2 years old (look at that baby face!), i made fiona a skirt to wear on the first day of first grade, she absolutely refused a mama-made backpack, she wanted a 'real' one from the store...oh well, at least she liked the skirt.

the skirt has two layers, i used pink eyelet and this pretty linen that i have been hording for a while.
