i know i am late, but i thought maybe some of you can use this tutorial for next year. it is easy and you don't have to spend lots of money (fiona now has 24 classmates, so it adds up fast!). the little ghosts are cute and kids can actually make the whole thing (with your help, of course).
se que estoy llegando tarde a la fiesta, pero pensé que tal vez este tutorial puede ser útil para el año que viene. es fácil y no cuesta mucho dinero (fiona ahora tiene 24 compañeritos/as, asique todo suma y mucho). los fantasmitas son lindos y los chicos los pueden crear del principio hasta el final (con la ayuda de un adulto, por supuesto)

- coffee filters (the bigger, the better), small candy, scissors, thin ribbon (white, black or orange), tag hole puncher (optional), cardstock for tags (optional)
- filtros de café (los más grandes que encuentres), caramelos u otra golosina chica, cinta finita (puede ser blanca, negra o anaranjada), tijera, una agujereadora en forma de tarjetita (opcional), cartulina para las tarjetitas (opcional)
step 1: use two filters (one is too see-through and not strong enough) and fill it with a few candies.
paso 1: usá dos filtros (uno es muy transparente y no es lo suficientemente fuerte) y poné algunas golosinas adentro.
step 2: wrap the filters around the candies to form the head of the ghost, try to get it as round as possible, though it will look a bit wonky, i think it is charming.
paso 2: envolvé los caramelos con los filtros para formar la cabeza del fantasmita. tratá de que la forma sea lo más parecida a un círculo (aunque nunca quedan perfectos, pero eso es parte del encanto)
step 3: tie a ribbon around the "neck" of the ghost (you can add a tag with a little message to the ribbon if you like). draw the eyes and mouth with a black marker and voilà.
paso 3: atá la cinta alrededor del 'cuello' del fantasma. (podés agregarle una tarjetita a la cinta con un mensaje, si querés). dibujá los ojos y la boca con un marcador negro y voilà.
