hello, i know i have been m.i.a., these past weeks have been busy. so, if anyone is still reading, here is what happened: dave and i had our nineth anniversary, i had a birthday and that same day i started school! i went to find out about the program and they told me a class was starting that same day, so i enrolled! it's been great so far, i am loving it. here are some of the gifts i got (or chose) for the celebrations mentioned above (all old but new to me):
hola, ya sé, estuve desaparecida por un montón de dias, estas últimas semanas fueron bastante moviditas. asique, por si alguien todavía lee el blog, les digo lo que pasó: dave y yo cumplimos 9 años de casados, yo cumplí años y empecé las clases! fuí a la universidad a preguntar por el programa de diseño floral y me dijeron que ese mismo día empezaba una clase, asique me anoté! hasta ahora me encanta. aca van algunos de los regalos que recibí (o elegí) por las festividades que mencioné antes (todos con historias antes de llegar a mis manos):

a quilted cozy. cute, no? *** esto se usa para mantener la tetera caliente (no se como se dice en castellano!)
a hankie with the most beautiful hand embroidery *** un pañuelito con el bordado más lindo.
a hen basket, love at first sight, it now lives in fiona's room *** una canasta en forma de gallina, me enamoré a primera vista, vive en el cuarto de fiona por ahora.
and this cute little tray that i realized matched my toes (but that was not the reason why i brought it home, ha!) *** y esta bandejita que me dí cuenta que hacía juego con mis uñas (pero esa no fué la razón por la que me la traje a casa, eh?)
i will come back wth flowers, because a lot has to do with flowers lately!
vuelvo con flores, porque ultimamente estoy rodeada de flores!
